Wastewater Transportation for non-hazardous Wastewater?

1. Drivers must obtain gross weight before signing in - turn right immediately upon entering facility and proceed safely to on-site truck scale -
   
   SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH to and from scale.
   
   
2. Stop at stop sign before driving onto scale and use intercom to announce arrival to Main Office
3. Wait for green light before driving SLOWLY onto scale. Use red light to properly position truck axles on scale and wait for green before moving on to the next axle. Continue weighing axles as indicated by signal light.
4. Proceed to turnaround area and drive cautiously to stop area.
5. Report to Main Office to sign in and obtain paperwork.
6. Proceed safely to designated rack at unloading area.
7. Return to truck scales for tare weight, using same procedures as for gross weight.
8. Return to stop area and return to Main Office to sign out and obtain a copy of weight ticket.

1. Enter the Lakeland Processing Company facility through Gate #4 only.
2. Parking or stopping anywhere on Lakeland Road is prohibited.
3. Pull your rig completely off the street and beyond the sidewalk into Gate #4.
4. Turn right immediately upon entering facility and proceed safely to truck scale. Do not block entrance.
5. Profile and confirmation numbers are required and must be printed on each Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest.
6. All devices on each truck and trailer must be in good condition before entering the facility.
7. Drivers are to operate facility equipment, pumps, or valves only after instructed by Lakeland Processing Company personnel.

1. All drivers must wear the following PPE while in the facility: work boots, long pants, long sleeve shirts, hard hat & safety glasses.
2. Open toed or tennis shoes, shorts or tank tops, are strictly prohibited in the facility.

1. Smoking is not allowed in the facility except in DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS: Gate #4 patio area & west of the truck unloading area (North of the warehouse under metal awning).
2. All cigarettes must be placed in the ashtrays before leaving the smoking areas.
3. There is no smoking inside vehicles in the facility.

1. Evacuation notification will be communicated by ten whistle blasts.
2. You must immediately leave your work area when you hear the ten whistle blasts and walk to Gate #4 on the main road.
3. Do not drive your rig to Gate #4 during an evacuation.
4. Roll call will be taken at Gate #4.
5. Return to your work area only after being instructed to do so by a Lakeland Processing Company representative.
6. All drivers must return to Main Office to pick up copy of weight ticket and sign out before leaving the facility.
